  • We start with an Assessment and from there we work with you on choosing attainable goals. This Assessment looks at your postures, core strength, movement, stabilisation strength, overall body strength, lifestyle, eating habits.

  • The Assessment is an excellent way for our clients to get a feel for our personal training studio and the expertise of our trainers. During this assessment, you can observe how we work with individuals of varying ages, from teenagers to those in their 70s.

    All our personal training Cork packages/sessions include an easy to make and follow personal nutrition plan designed for your goals.

Included in our packages is a comprehensive nutrition guide developed by our head nutrition coach. There are also regular weigh-ins and body fat measurements. These packages are great for all goals whether that be posture correction, weight loss, rehabilitation, weight gain.
